Information on the Right to Cancel the Contract
1. Right to Cancel the Contract
1.1 Withdrawal from the contract is governed by the terms and conditions of our online store in effect on the date the purchase contract was concluded.
1.2 You have the right to cancel this contract within 21 days of delivery without giving any reason.
1.3 You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 21 days from the day following the date of conclusion of the contract, and in the case of a sales contract where you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes delivery of the goods.
1.4 To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must notify NORTH SHOP, s.r.o., with its registered office at Bochovská 567/1, Prague 5, 158 00, identification number: 24277746, by means of a unilateral legal act (for example, by letter sent together with the goods via a postal service provider or another shipping company). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
1.5 To meet the deadline for withdrawing from this contract, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the relevant deadline expires.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
2.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date we received your notice of withdrawal, together with the returned goods, or if you provide proof that you have sent the goods
2.2 You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner than is necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature and characteristics of the goods, including their functionality.
2.3 If you requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to the scope of services provided up to the time you notified us of your withdrawal from the contract, compared to the total scope of services specified in the contract.
